Welcome to the Parfum de Fit website and related online services (collectively, the “Site”), owned and operated by Studio CJ Inc., a California corporation (“Studio CJ,” “PDF,” “PdeF”, “Parfum de Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases, account registrations, subscriptions, mobile or web features, digital communications, user submissions, and any other services, applications, content, or products made available by Studio CJ through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
Use of information collected through the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, if applicable.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and any updates we may make from time to time. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site and to promptly update such information if it changes.
If you provide your email address or phone number to us, you agree to receive communications relating to your orders, account, subscriptions, customer service matters, Site updates, and, if you opt in, promotional communications.
2. Eligibility; Parent or Guardian Use

Because Parfum de Fit is a children’s brand, we take privacy seriously. If any portion of the Site is directed to children under 13, or if we have actual knowledge that we are collecting personal information from a child under 13, we will handle such information in accordance with applicable law, including any required parental notice and verifiable parental consent procedures. COPPA gives parents control over what information websites collect from children under 13.
Consumers may also have rights regarding the personal information we collect about them, including the right to know, delete, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including without limitation all text, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, product names, product descriptions, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, designs, layouts, audio, software, code, and overall look and feel (collectively, “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Studio CJ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Parfum de Fit, PDF, related logos, slogans, graphics, product names, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Studio CJ unless otherwise indicated.
You may access and use the Site solely for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not:

copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, display, perform, license, sell, or exploit any Content;

use any data mining, bots, scraping, crawling, or similar automated means to access the Site or Content;

remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;

mirror or frame the Site or any Content;

use our Content, trademarks, or children’s images in any public, commercial, AI training, dataset, model development, or promotional context.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Studio CJ.
5. Strict Confidentiality of Children’s Images, Videos, and Likeness
Because Parfum de Fit is a children’s brand, all photos, videos, digital assets, behind-the-scenes materials, fitting images, campaign images, model images, lookbook materials, content previews, unreleased content, and any visual or audio materials depicting minors or reasonably identifiable children (collectively, “Children’s Materials”) are strictly confidential.
By accessing the Site or receiving any Children’s Materials from Studio CJ, you agree that, unless Studio CJ gives prior written permission, you will not:

copy, download, screenshot, screen record, save, archive, or reproduce any Children’s Materials;

distribute, share, repost, publish, display, forward, upload, sublicense, or disclose any Children’s Materials to any third party;

use any Children’s Materials for marketing, press, publicity, resale, portfolio, AI training, face recognition, analytics, data extraction, model training, or any commercial or non-commercial purpose;

alter, edit, crop, manipulate, deepfake, enhance with AI, or create derivative works from any Children’s Materials;

identify, attempt to identify, tag, geolocate, or otherwise expose the identity, school, schedule, address, routine, or personal information of any child depicted.
Any unauthorized use or disclosure of Children’s Materials is a material breach of these Terms and may violate privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and intellectual property rights. Studio CJ reserves the right to seek immediate injunctive relief and any other available remedies for any actual or threatened breach of this section.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use, leak, reposting, or disclosure of Children’s Materials, you agree to notify Studio CJ immediately and cooperate in mitigating further disclosure.
6. License to Use the Site
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Studio CJ grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes only.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its Content, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Site or Content, or any use of data extraction tools.
We may suspend or terminate this license at any time for any reason.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to:

violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation;

submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

infringe the rights of Studio CJ or any third party;

upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or any material intended to interfere with the Site;

harass, abuse, threaten, or harm Studio CJ, our employees, our customers, or any child, parent, or guardian associated with the brand;

We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any suspected violation.
8. Orders, Product Availability, and Purchase Limits
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Studio CJ. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or prohibit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing error, inventory issue, misuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or shipping address. Products may be unavailable, discontinued, or subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee that all items shown on the Site will be in stock or available for immediate shipment.
9. Pricing; Product Information
We attempt to display products, colors, sizes, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on device settings, lighting, and other factors.
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, system error, or other issue, we may cancel or refuse orders placed for that product.
10. Shipping; Delivery; Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Studio CJ is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by you.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and Studio CJ promptly so that we may review the matter.
11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, store credit, and refunds are subject to our posted Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy, including returned items that show wear, damage, alteration, washing, missing tags, or signs of misuse.
Final sale items, promotional items, gift cards, personalized items, or other excluded items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
12. Accounts and Password Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
13. Marketing Emails, SMS, and Electronic Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to your orders, account, customer service, and Site-related matters. If you separately opt in, you may also receive marketing communications.
By providing your mobile number and opting in where required, you consent to receive transactional and/or marketing text messages from Studio CJ or Parfum de Fit, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email, and you may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.
14. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Subscriptions
Promotions, discount codes, welcome offers, referral offers, and other incentives are subject to separate terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
Promotional codes:

15. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, videos, social posts, tags, messages, ideas, suggestions, or other content to us or through the Site (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

you own or control the necessary rights to submit the User Content;

the User Content is accurate and not misleading;

By submitting User Content, you grant Studio CJ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, and distribute the User Content for business purposes, subject to any separate written agreement and subject always to our discretion regarding children’s content.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Studio CJ may reject, remove, refuse to post, or decline to use any User Content depicting minors, and Studio CJ is under no obligation to use any such content.
We strongly discourage the submission of any child images unless specifically requested by us through a controlled process and accompanied by appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
16. No Medical or Athletic Advice
The Site may contain information regarding fabrics, fit, comfort, athletic use, or general wellness/lifestyle topics. Such information is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Children’s needs and sensitivities vary. If your child has allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other health concerns, consult an appropriate professional before use.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, apps, tools, payment processors, social media platforms, or shipping providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

Studio CJ may use AI-assisted tools, including automated chat, support workflows, content recommendations, or customer service features, to improve the customer experience.
Any information provided through such tools is for general informational and customer service purposes only. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or outdated information, and you should not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
We may use information you submit through these tools in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19. Copyright Complaints / DMCA
Studio CJ respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice containing:

20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, ALL CONTENT, ALL PRODUCTS, AND ALL SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
STUDIO CJ DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO CJ, PARFUM DE FIT, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio CJ, Parfum de Fit, and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
